Well, Carter once again has gone above and beyond what he was before. The boy has turned 12 and in our family that's a very, VERY big deal. He is worthy to receive the Aaronic Priesthood, pass the Sacrament, go to Temple and perform baptisms for the dead, and have a party that includes his grandma Karen.
He invited a few friends to have dinner at one of his favorites, Subway sandwiches. Then, he got to order his own cake (2 layer chocolate cake with fresh strawberries in the filling). And if that wasn't enough, they kept the party going by a celebration at Boondock's. This is big doings for a boy, I mean pre-teen, we are so proud of.
