Sperry is 12

Things have been all things Sperry and being 12 around here! Her Young Women sisters at church heart attacked our door! She loves being in young women (I didn't think it was possible to love it more than I did as a teen, but I am so happy she loves it).

There's always something going on with Sperry and her 2 brothers: goofing around as usual.

Apparently, when you turn 12... you continue to take selfies anytime you can! But since she is so cute, we will keep all 230 pictures. (just kidding, I haven't counted).

Temple Worthy: January 16th, 2016. The FIRST Saturday after Sperry's birthday and with her recommend in hand. Our family went together to the Denver Temple and performed baptisms for the dead. What an amazing experience, the spirit was very strong and I was reminded that I have been waiting for this day for many years. Blessing our lives as we bless the lives of countless others. We have a family goal to attend the Temple each month and perform 10 baptisms. If the kids are able to finish this goal, they would have performed over 360 baptisms. That's a lot of happiness.

She is the proud designer/creator/food critic of a froot loop bag. Apparently, it makes it easier to eat while you are "on the go". Hopefully this invention will bring in some income for her college!

We love Sperry. She is bright, shinny, silly, fun, creative, amazing at the violin, gifted singer and loves everyone. Thank you for being a gift to our world... and helping to cheer up the sad everywhere.

This year we worked (kind of together) on our entry for our town/county festivities this summer. And basically, we are #happy about it. It was fun to work on and make up hashtags, mostly because I don't every use hashtags. So, you might spot a few of our family favorite inside jokes: save me some corn, its a mountian bike thing, our kids are keepers. No matter if fame comes from this or once again passes us by... we are happy to be living here.
