Hooray, now I can type and don't have to figure out how to memorize my combination to my journals (remember the little key that was used to keep it private??) Give it a try and let's start tracking our lives instead of our to-do lists. Click on the link on the left and have a user name and password ready. Then just begin, you don't even have to worry what to write about. My mom's journals are funny to read her teenage thoughts. Here's a few starter ideas:
- What was it like: your hometown, your siblings, your parents, the family automobile, your school, your childhood friends (Laura, Lori, Shelley, Nanci...yep, back to the ol' Elem school).
- Why did you marry your husband. What were the things that impressed you right off the bat.
- Where have you been in the world? What trips have you taken and what happened?
- Who has passed on and what do you most miss about them?
- What are the experiences things that you have witnessed God's hand in your life?
- Your children, what funny stories do you want them to remember forever?
