Sperry at Ameritown

Honorable Judge Sperry helps to swear in the Mayor and the Police Officers at Ameritown.

Sperry loved going to Ameritown. It's where a town is simulated to emulate a real town including bank, town hall, police officers, snack shop and market. She learned a lot about money and debit cards, and holding down a job. What a wonderful field trip for 5th graders. She loved wearing the cloak as judge and hitting the gavel in judgement! When Carter was in 5th grade, he was the typist for the town newspaper.
